We built our home almost 2 years ago and have started to upgrade some of the more "builder grade" hardware they installed. I wanted to share some really affordable, easy to install, upgrades we've done recently!

Toilet Paper Holder

These take no time to install and are really sleek and simple! We have them in both of our bathrooms. Matching towel racks available, too!

Paper Towel Holder

This settled a big debate in the Yount Household! I didn't love having the paper towels on the counter but my husband didn't love having to get into a cabinet every time he needed one. Love this sleek design!

Door Knobs

We replaced all of our builder-grade silver door knobs and hinges with matte black and it elevated everything IMO! So modern and clean with minimal effort on our part.

Picture Lights

These little overhead lights are super easy to install and come with a remote so you can turn them on or off whenever you want! They add a great touch to regular frames.
