Hashimotos has gifted me many additional symptoms I don't really enjoy. They can really slow me down. So I've been working to perfect my morning routine for awhile now to make sure I'm getting the most out of my body and my days.

I've never been a coffee drinker but I do drink lots of green tea. It didn't take me long to realize all teas are not made equal. This green tea uses all natural, organic ingredients, no fillers, and biodegradable tea bags (so no plastic or additives). Linked here!

Second is cognitive focus AKA- combatting brain fog. It's really important I'm thinking clearly and can focus as I'm talking with clients throughout my day. I used this mushroom extract. Linked here!

Lastly, I want to ensure my hair, nails, skin, and most importantly digestion and joints (inflammation from Hashimotos) is in tip top shape. Linked here!
